      How can I send something back?

      • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
      • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
      • You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping policy once the return request is approved. 

       

      Which articles are returnable?

      You can return some items within 14 days of receiving your order.

      • For clothes, unwashed and unworn.
      • In the original packaging and in perfect condition.

       

      Following article cannot be returned or exchanged: Bodysuits, lingerie & nightwear (generally hygiene articles), swimwear, jewelry and accessories (except bags and gym bags), bed linen and duvet covers. The exchange of shoes and articles that were produced exclusively or on request is also excluded. 

       

      Are there any return costs?

      • If the items to be returned have a total value of more than € 60, your first return is free of charge.
      • For another return or if the value of the goods is less than Is € 60, a processing fee of € 4,95 will be deducted from your refund.
      • The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

      How soon will I get my refund?

      • The reimbursement is usually made within 14 working days after delivery of your return to our company. (The period consists of the delivery from our house to our warehouse in Belgium, Spain or southern Germany, as well as the quality inspection time).
      • The reimbursement is usually automatic and in the form of a coupon, which has the value of the amount to be reimbursed for the exchange and can be redeemed at your next order at any time without any disadvantages. The balance of your portfolio can be used on your next purchase. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund has been made.
      • A cash payment or remittance is unfortunately not possible. 

      Note: Please do not return to the address provided on the shipping package. It is not our return address, otherwise it would affect your return process.
