Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following conditions, whereby consumers are any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which can not be attributed primarily to their commercial or self-employed activities:

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods. If the items to be returned have a total value of more than € 60, your first return is free of charge. For another return or if the value of the goods is less than € 60, a processing fee of € 4,95 will be deducted from your refund.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (David Fiedler, Rave On!, Hohe Marter 44, 90441 Nuremberg, Germany, email: support by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.

Just give your sealed package to the next one Post Office, under Submission of the attached QR codes, attached to the return label and have it printed out on site and processed further.

3. The items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

4. Only return items that we have confirmed for return, otherwise any additional items will be considered non-refundable.

5. We do not accept packages that ask for payment at the reception. Return costs will then not be reimbursed.

Note: Please do not return to the address provided on the shipping package. For logistical reasons, it would have a major impact on your return process. Additional commissioned by you Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.


The reimbursement is usually made immediately, within 10 working days, and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract or after your return has been delivered to us. (The period consists of logistics, processing and quality testing time).

The reimbursement is usually automatic and in the form of a coupon, which has the value of the amount to be reimbursed for the exchange and can be redeemed at your next order at any time without any disadvantages. The balance of your portfolio can be used on your next purchase. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund has been made.

Consequences of revocation

You have the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract to us or to one of Rave On! to send back or hand over commissioned third parties. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature termination of the right of revocation

The right of revocation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (*).

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in contracts for the delivery of sealed goods, which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of the conclusion of the contract, do not belong to any Member State of the European Union and whose sole domicile and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of the conclusion of the contract.


1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components back to us. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide suitable packaging for sufficient protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not send the goods to us without your payment.
3) Please note that the aforementioned numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
